All Handcraft Collars purchases require your complete satisfaction. Should your order be unsatisfactory for any reason, it may be returned within 15 days of purchase for credit, or exchange. Any order canceled while in transit will be subject to any applicable freight charges. If your shipment is damaged, please notify us immediately so a replacement order can be processed. We do charge a 20 % re-stocking fee on the total cost of the product for items returned after 15 days.
When "Returning" or "Exchanging an item, write "Return or"Exchange" as appropriate on the outside of the package.  For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your shipment, with tracking.  We cannot make refunds or exchanges for lost items without verifiable proof of delivery.

All media products ( DVD'S, BOOKS) may not be returned if it has been opened or damaged.
