Shipping Policy: All orders are normally shipped via Priority Mail with a Delivery Confirmation Receipt for tracking purposes. We do ship by UPS if you choose this carrier. UPS does not deliver to Post Office boxes, so please be sure to provide a street address when you place your order if requesting UPS.
We do ship to International destinations. Orders are shipped by International Priority Mail. Your shipping costs are taken directly from the USPS actual International shipping rates which are shown at time of placing your order if you live outside of the USA.
All Mail shipping fees, and UPS shipping fees are taken directly from the United States Post Office and UPS actual shipping rates. Those rates are based on the zone in which you live.
Handcraft Collars, Inc. has no control over United States Post Office and UPS shipping rates.
We charge a $1.50 handling fee that is added to cover administrative and packaging costs, and is reflected on your Sales Receipt or Invoice.
All of our collars and leads are hand made. We process, and ship our orders in the order that we receive them, and strive to ship within 72 hours for items in stock. However, there are specific times during the year when group obedience classes resume, and it may take just a little while longer to process and ship your order. If you are placing a large order for group obedience classes we ask that you give us at least a two week notice before your classes start to allow time for manufacturing, and shipping to ensure you receive your order in time for your classes.
